Summary

Contact angle refers to the tangent line at the intersection of gas, liquid, and solid phases at the gas-liquid interface. This tangent line forms the angle θ between the liquid side and the solid-liquid boundary line. Contact angle measurement is currently the main method for surface performance testing.

The fully automatic portable contact angle measuring instrument adopts the principle of optical imaging to measure the surface contact angle, wetting performance, surface energy and other properties of the sample through image contour analysis. The handheld contact angle measuring instrument is a specialized equipment suitable for outdoor and large-scale sample surface performance testing. Application

Principle 

The contact angle measuring instrument mainly consists of four parts: light source, injection unit, acquisition system, and analysis software. The equipment adopts the principle of optical imaging.
