Product Introduction:

Distillation experiment is a very common and important pre-treatment step in the pre-treatment process of laboratories at all levels. However, traditional distillation devices have various drawbacks such as independent structures for heating, condensation, and receiving, cumbersome operation, low efficiency, high failure rate, difficulty in controlling heating temperature during the distillation process, inability to automatically determine and stop at the endpoint, easy reflux of distillate, resulting in poor parallelism and low recovery rate, which directly affect experimental results.

The intelligent integrated distillation instrument adopts intelligent modular design: the method can customize settings for saving/reading, automatically retrieve and use when turned on, and the condensation unit can be specially customized with serpentine condenser tubes, anti reverse suction protection, and anti dry burning protection, achieving simple intelligent operation, automatic distillation, beauty and practicality, energy saving and consumption reduction, and saving labor while improving efficiency and saving personnel costs for users.

Product features:

1. The batch processing capacity is 1-6, each channel is independently controlled, and each channel is equipped with anti backflow and anti dry burning function protection design;

2. Adopting a 7-inch LCD touch screen control, the distillation method can be set, automatically saved, and can be used directly the next time it is turned on;

3. The heating module adopts a standard bowl shaped fiberglass electric heating jacket to ensure that the sample container (round bottom flask) is closely attached to the heat source. The heating power adjustment range is wide, the heating uniformity is good, the thermal radiation efficiency is high, the distillation speed is fast, and the service life is long.

4. The system can set the distillation volume and display the running status in real-time;

5. The distillation endpoint control adopts a time control mode. After the distillation result reaches the set time value, it automatically stops heating and cuts off the distillate pipeline, automatically releases pressure, and achieves automatic unmanned operation.
