











I. Instrument Introduction
The intelligent thermal desorption instrument is a sample pretreatment device for gas chromatography analysis. It is suitable for the detection of benzene series compounds and TVOCs in ambient air. Unlike traditional thermal desorption instruments, we have upgraded and optimized the entire system, incorporating modern high-tech injection technology to reduce the interference of human factors on the data and improve the repeatability of experimental data.
II. Working Principle
Organic compounds are captured using a packed stainless steel composite tube. The adsorption tube containing a certain volume of collected sample is placed in the thermal desorption instrument and heated to 300 degrees Celsius to desorb the adsorbed substances. The sample is then transferred to a gas chromatograph for analysis through a heated injection tube.
III. Instrument Features:

5. The gas path uses a combination of electric six-way valve and solenoid valve to automatically realize desorption, injection, and backflush cleaning processes.
6. Pressurization, sampling, injection, and backflush cleaning are all automatically performed.
7. The tubing is made of inert material, resulting in low residual adsorption.
8. High-temperature resistant six-way valve with small dead volume; the maximum operating temperature can reach 200℃.
9. Injection and data acquisition run synchronously, greatly reducing timing errors.

5. Desorption time, injection time, activation time: 0~99 minutes, can be set freely according to the needs of the sample being analyzed.
6. Desorption recovery rate: Can reach over 95% for selected sample components and corresponding operating conditions.
7. Linearity: Generally can reach 0.999 under selected sample components and corresponding operating conditions.
8. Backflush cleaning flow rate: 0~600ml/min (continuously adjustable)
9. Simulated sampling flow rate: 100ml/min
