Microwave is an extremely short wavelength electromagnetic wave, which, like radio waves, infrared radiation, and visible light, belongs to electromagnetic waves. The frequency range of microwave is from 300MHz to 300KMHz, which means the wavelength ranges from 1mm to 1m. Microwave heating is the process by which an object absorbs microwaves and generates heat on its own. Heating starts from both the inside and outside of the object, causing the material to be heated both inside and outside, thus achieving heating effect in a short period of time.
The use of microwave heating for chemical reactions is several times or even thousands of times faster than traditional heating techniques. It is precisely for this reason that microwave technology has attracted more and more attention from chemists. Our company continuously collects user feedback during the production testing process, and independently develops and produces program-controlled temperature controlled microwave chemical reactors and ultrasonic microwave collaborative devices based on user needs and experimental pain points.
Microwave chemical reactors have multiple experimental modes, including atmospheric synthesis reaction, microwave extraction reaction, and atmospheric synthesis/extraction. It can simultaneously set microwave power and temperature upper limit, 30 segment program temperature control, large LCD display screen, real-time temperature and time settings, providing stronger operating space for heating function. Users can install standard interface reaction containers (50-500ml) and devices such as condensation reflux, dropwise addition, replenishment, and water separation according to reaction conditions.
In addition, computer automatic control can be achieved according to different customer requirements, and the microwave power control range can be further expanded. Real time monitoring of the reaction process through video footage, and timely observation of changes in reactants. Power can be set arbitrarily, sample temperature detection display, actual frequency display, frequency microcomputer tracking, and automatic fault alarm. A friendly human-machine interface and touch screen make it easy for experimenters to visually record. The USB interface can connect a mouse and a USB flash drive to download and store reaction data at any time.
