The new variable frequency microwave chemical reactor adopts microcomputer technology and variable frequency microwave adjustment technology to achieve microwave power variable frequency adjustment. The entire series of products have precise temperature control and magnetic stirring functions, digital display of temperature and magnetic stirring speed, simple operation, and good repeatability. For experiments that require exploration of microwave catalytic reaction conditions, especially for chemical experiments that require low microwave power but wish to maintain continuous microwave radiation, both scientific and practical aspects are ideally demonstrated.

Main technical features and description:

(1) Microwave power automatic frequency conversion control:

Adopting the Zuixin frequency conversion technology, the 50Hz power frequency is converted into a variable frequency of 10000-30000Hz through a frequency converter, replacing the high-voltage transformer used in traditional microwave reactors. This perfectly solves the technical defect of frequent damage to the high-voltage transformer caused by the impact of peak pulses during precise temperature control in traditional microwave reactors. The MCU adapts PID regulation and automatically controls the microwave output power through frequency conversion based on the real-time temperature change data detected by the Pt100 sensor, the polarity and heat capacity changes of the reactants, and the change conditions of the mathematical model such as reaction time, thus achieving precise temperature control.

(2) Digital display speed magnetic stirring:

At the bottom of the microwave reaction chamber, equipped with magnetic stirring, using high-temperature resistant samarium cobalt magnets, the maximum working temperature can reach 350 ℃, long-term use does not lose magnetism, stepless speed regulation, and speed digital display.

(3) Open reaction system:

Users can install standard reaction containers (with a capacity of 100-500ml) and devices for condensation reflux, dropwise addition, replenishment, and water separation according to reaction conditions, as well as protective gas inlet ports.
